Equipment needed - chair, resistance loop or theraband.
There are 6 exercises. Do each exercise for 1 minute with 10 sec between each exercise. Try for two rounds.

Exercises
*Squat jumps (variation squats)
*Tricep Dips (variation theraband rows)
*Wall sit (variation don't go as low)
*Criss Cross abs (Variation don't lift head or keep feet on ground)
*Standing crab walks
*Walk out to plank and bring knee to chest (variation walk to plank and return or hold plank on your forearms)
Try 2 rounds if you have the time. One is better then none.
