    *Each arm movement goes for 1 minute follow along with me. After the first round have a break and try it again. It's surprising how hard it gets.

    Equipment needed - Theraband

    Exercises
    *Theraband rows x 16
    *Theraband triceps x 16 & 16 pulses
    *Rotated push ups x 16 & hold down for 16 counts
    *Flys for 1min
    *Theraband openers x16

  • Arms 3

    This is a quick sequence so try for 3 rounds. Please stretch out your pecs once you have finished.

    Equipment - theraband and chair

    Exercises
    * Push ups x 16
    * Tricep dips on the floor or using your chair x 16
    * Flat to push up x 16
    * Rotator cuff with theraband x 16
    * V pull with theraband
