    Its important to balance out your exercise routine with a stretch and release

    Equipment needed - Resistance loop and trigger ball

  • Posture 1

    Equipment - 2 thin pillows, hand towel rolled up, theraband, trigger ball.

    Exercises
    * Sternum drops (chest bone) x 10
    * Cobra x 10
    * Dart x 10
    * Theraband rows x 16
    * Chin tucks x 10
    * Chest openers x 10 on each side
    * Trigger ball release on upper traps

  • Stretch 2

    A slow and relaxed stretch session. A theraband is needed.

    Please follow along and remember to breath through the stretches. If a particular stretch doesn't feel quite right stop and continue with the next one.
