    Equipment - Loop, theraband

    Exercises
    * Banana with loop around ankles x 12 on each side
    * Side lifts x 16 on each side
    * Russian twist with loop around wrists x 16
    * Roll down/up with theraband x 4
    * Roll down/up with theraband rotation x 3 rounds
    * Standing side crunches x 16 on each side.

  • Stretch 2

    A slow and relaxed stretch session. A theraband is needed.

    Please follow along and remember to breath through the stretches. If a particular stretch doesn't feel quite right stop and continue with the next one.

  • Circuit 2

    Circuit

    Each exercise goes for 1min once finished you have 10 secs to get ready for the next exercise. Follow along with me or do it to your own music. It is hard to hear me talking in the video so don't worry but please follow along.
