* Superman x 10
* Side lift x 16 on each side
* theraband chest lift x 14 & pulses x 16
* Repeat with legs in table top x 14 & pulses x 16
* Bridge hip drops with loop x 20 & pulses up x 20
* Side lying Alphabet - only move on exhale breath & repeat on both sides
